I’ve been a big fan of the Zelda series for as long as I can remember, so when I heard that Nintendo was releasing a new set of Joy-Cons themed after Skyward Sword, I was immediately excited. I pre-ordered them as soon as they were available, and I’ve been using them ever since.
In this buying guide, I’ll share my thoughts on the Zelda Skyward Sword Joy-Cons, including what I like about them, what I don’t like, and whether or not I think they’re worth the money.
What I like about the Zelda Skyward Sword Joy-Cons
- The design is beautiful. The Joy-Cons are white with gold accents, and they feature a stylized depiction of Link’s sword and shield on the back. They’re really stylish, and they look great in my Switch dock.
- The buttons feel great. The buttons on the Joy-Cons are responsive and have a nice tactile feel. I’ve had no problems with them registering my inputs, even during intense gaming sessions.
