Why Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin – The Lost Years is Necessary

As a lifelong fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I was thrilled when I heard that IDW Publishing was releasing a new series set after the events of the original Mirage Comics run. The Last Ronin was a dark and gritty story that explored the aftermath of the Turtles’ apparent defeat at the hands of the Foot Clan. It was a story that fans had been wanting to see for years, and it did not disappoint.

However, while The Last Ronin was a great story, it left a lot of questions unanswered. What happened to the other Turtles? How did Michelangelo survive? What was the fate of the Foot Clan? The Lost Years is the perfect opportunity to answer these questions and fill in the gaps between The Last Ronin and the original Mirage Comics run.

In addition to answering these questions, The Lost Years will also explore new territory for the Turtles. We will see them travel to new locations, meet new characters, and face new challenges. This is a chance to see the Turtles in a whole new light, and I am excited to see what they will do next.

The Lost Years is a necessary story for any fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It is a story that will fill in the gaps between The Last Ronin and the original Mirage Comics run, answer questions that fans have been asking for years, and explore new territory for the Turtles.
