As a child, I loved going to water parks. The feeling of the cool water on my skin, the excitement of the rides, and the chance to spend time with my family made for some of the best days of my life. When I was older, I started to take my own kids to water parks, and I was happy to see that they loved them just as much as I did.

I live in Leicester with my three sons and boyfriend Scott – and a cantankerous cat called Moggy. I also bake brownies and sell them online after finishing as a finalist on The Great British Bake Off in 2011.
