As a long-time fan of the Drizzt Do’Urden novels, I was thrilled to hear that a new trilogy, titled “Rise of the King Drizzt,” was in the works. I have been eagerly anticipating its release, and I believe that it is a necessary addition to the Drizzt saga.
First, the story of Drizzt is far from over. In the previous trilogy, “The Companions,” Drizzt and his companions faced a number of challenges, including the death of their beloved friend Bruenor Battlehammer. However, they ultimately emerged victorious, and Drizzt was finally able to return to his home in Menzoberranzan.
However, Drizzt’s story is not over yet. He still has much to learn about himself and his place in the world. He must also come to terms with the fact that he is now a legend, and that his actions will have a profound impact on the future of Faern.
