Old Lady Costume Lost Dog: My Personal Experience
I once wore an old lady costume for Halloween and lost my dog.
It was a cold and rainy night, and I was walking my dog, a small terrier mix named Toby, in my neighborhood. I was wearing a full-length, shapeless dress, a long white wig, and a pair of glasses. I had even put on a fake set of teeth.

“Hey! What’s going on here?”
I looked up and saw a man standing on his porch. He was wearing a bathrobe and slippers, and he had a concerned look on his face.
“My dog is fighting with yours!” I said.
“Oh no,” the man said. “I’ll help you.”
The man ran down the steps and into the street. He grabbed the other dog by the collar and pulled him away from Toby. The two dogs continued to bark at each other, but they were no longer fighting.
“Thank you,” I said to the man. “I don’t know what I would have done if you hadn’t come along.”
“No problem,” the man said. “I’m just glad I could help.”
The man helped me get Toby to his feet. Toby was shaken, but he was okay. I thanked the man again, and then I took Toby home.
As I walked home, I thought about what had just happened. I was relieved that Toby was okay, but I was also shaken by the experience. I had never seen two dogs fight like that before. It was a scary sight.
I also thought about the man who had helped me. He had been so kind and helpful, and I was grateful for his assistance. I wondered what his story was. Why was he out in his bathrobe and slippers on a cold and rainy night? What had brought him to my neighborhood?
I didn’t know the answers to those questions, but I was glad that I had met him. He had made a difference in my life, and I would never forget him.
