Why Nothing Worth Having Is Easy
I’ve always been a bit of a hard worker. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m naturally competitive or if I just have a strong sense of accomplishment, but I’ve always found that the things I value most in life are the things that I’ve had to work hard for.
When I was younger, I wanted to be a professional basketball player. I knew that it would take a lot of hard work and dedication, but I was determined to make it happen. I live in Leicester with my three sons and boyfriend Scott – and a cantankerous cat called Moggy. I also bake brownies and sell them online after finishing as a finalist on The Great British Bake Off in 2011.
