The Graham Effect: How Elle Kennedy’s Books Helped Me Find My Confidence

The Graham Effect: How Elle Kennedy’s Books Are Changing the Romance Genre

I’ve been a romance reader for as long as I can remember. I love the way that romance novels can transport me to another world, where the characters are always falling in love and the happily ever after is always guaranteed. But as much as I love romance novels, I’ve always found that they can be a bit predictable. The hero is always the tall, dark, and handsome billionaire, and the heroine is always the beautiful, innocent virgin. The story always follows the same basic plot: the hero and heroine meet, they fall in love, they overcome some obstacles, and then they live happily ever after.

But then I read Elle Kennedy’s books, and everything changed. Kennedy’s books are different from anything else I’ve ever read in the romance genre. Her heroes are flawed, her heroines are strong, and her stories are full of heat, humor, and heart. Kennedy’s books have made me fall in love with the romance genre all over again, and I believe that they are changing the way that romance novels are written.
