When I was a child, I loved the ballet “The Nutcracker.” I was always fascinated by the beautiful sets and costumes, and the magical story of Clara and the Nutcracker Prince. But what I loved most of all was the character of Marzipan. She was so sweet and kind, and I always wanted to be just like her.
So when I heard that Barbie was going to be playing the role of Marzipan in a new production of “The Nutcracker,” I was thrilled. I couldn’t wait to see my favorite doll come to life on stage.
